What BookBlurb AI-generated content is and is not, and your responsibilities.
1. What BookBlurb does
- BookBlurb generates book blurbs, query letters, and children's-book blurbs using generative AI. Outputs receive an AI-likeness score as an informational heuristic.
2. What AI-generated content means
- AI text may contain factual errors, hallucinations, biased phrasing, or resemble other users' outputs. It is not publishing, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Review, fact-check, and edit before publishing or submitting it.
3. What we do not claim
- BookBlurb does not claim that outputs are undetectable, bypass platform AI-detection policies, are guaranteed human-sounding, or are indistinguishable from human-written text. The AI-likeness score does not guarantee any detector or retailer outcome.
4. Your disclosure obligations
- You are responsible for disclosing AI-assisted writing according to each retailer, agent, library, contest, or platform policy, and for ensuring factual claims and third-party rights are accurate.
5. Training and contact
